CHILD SAFETY POLICY

Hana highly respects the protection of minors' rights in various regions, and strictly abides by the laws of various regions on the protection of minors' rights. Based on the principle of protecting minors, Hana has taken a variety of measures to protect minors. If you find that Hana contains any content that may involve minors; and/or minor users; and/or any content or behavior that may infringe upon the legal rights and interests of minors; please contact us in a timely manner. After receiving your feedback and complaints regarding minors, Hana will handle it most strictly within the scope permitted by law.
You must not engage in the following behaviors when using Hana :
• Inappropriate interaction targeted at a child (for example, groping or caressing);
• Child grooming (for example, befriending a child online to facilitate, either online or offline, sexual contact and/or exchanging sexual imagery with that child);
• Sexualization of a minor (for example, imagery that depicts, encourages or promotes the sexual abuse of children or the portrayal of children in a manner that could result in the sexual exploitation of children);
• Sextortion (for example, threatening or blackmailing a child by using real or alleged access to a child’s intimate images);
• Trafficking of a child (for example, advertising or solicitation of a child for commercial sexual exploitation);
• Threaten a minor to share sexual content of themselves or engage in sexual behaviors (also known as “sextortion”);
• Attempt to meet with a minor in real life for sexual purposes.
• Do not posting content that sexualizes, grooms, or abuses children, even if it is intended as a joke;
• Do not send or request sexual content from anyone under the age of 18, even if you are also under 18;
• If you are uncertain whether a piece of content might breach these policies, refrain from posting it.
Please exit servers dedicated to any of the aforementioned violative content. Hana may also take action against accounts that remain in such servers.
• Incidents involving minor abuse will be reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
• Users can report potential violations using the in-app reporting function or by contacting us at in-app customer service.
Hana utilizes a combination of automated and manually - operated systems to detect activities related to minors and Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSEA). We've incorporated state - of - the - art detection mechanisms to recognize any activities that might indicate the participation of underage users. These systems examine various data elements, including registration information, behavioral trends, and communication substance.
Moreover, we are committed to identifying and combating every form of child sexual exploitation and abuse. Our expert team makes use of advanced technology and adheres to strict procedures to detect and report these heinous activities.
We strictly enforce our community standards:
• Content Removal: Any inappropriate content will be removed promptly.
• Account Penalties: Violations of these standards will lead to account suspension or permanent bans.
• Legal Reporting: Serious cases involving child exploitation will be reported to law enforcement and child protection agencies.
If you are reporting suspected child sexual abuse materials, in addition to using the in-app reporting feature, we encourage you to submit reports to one of the following organizations that work with law enforcement agencies worldwide:
